The present invention is intended to reduce unclear conditions upon collecting the conditions of a printing press. For this end, a processing unit 12 of a printing press control device 10 acquires an electric signal from a printing press 1 with a signal acquiring unit 12a. A control condition judging unit 12b judges whether the condition of the printing press 1 corresponding to the electric signal acquired by the signal acquiring unit 12a is determined uniquely. If the control condition judging unit 12b judges that the condition of the printing press 1 corresponding to the electric signal is not determined uniquely, a condition specifying unit 12c estimates the condition of the printing press 1 based on a combination of a plurality of such electric signals.
