<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device with a sensor for greatly reducing a time for a sensor device mounting process, and to provide a rolling bearing device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A cored bar 51 of a fixed side seal member 8 has a cylindrical portion 54 fitted and fixed to a body side raceway member 3 and an inward flange portion 55 on which an elastic seal 53 is provided. A rotation side seal member 9 consists of a cylindrical portion 56 fitted and fixed to a wheel side raceway member 4 and an outward flange portion 57 located on the axial outside of the fixed side seal member 8. The sensor 11 is resin-molded on the axial inside of the flange portion 55 of the cored bar 51, the flange portion 57 of the rotation side seal member 9 is located on the axial outside of the fixed side seal member 8, and the elastic seal 53 is provided on the flange portion 55 of the cored bar 51 in slide contact with the rotation side seal member 9.
