<p>The power plant has a floating body (8), where wave energy is directly transmitted from the body to a generator through rods (7.1-7.4), a gear rod and a gearwheel or to a linear generator through a crank drive. The rods, gear rod and gearwheel are fitted on a drive shaft of the generator. Pendulum-type housings (6) are fixed in a frame in a gimbaled manner, and the frame is mounted in a seabed (3) and/or is attached to steep faces and a set of floating bodies.
