<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain, in a case of distributing an expendable item provided with a wireless tag and packaged with a packaging material hardly transmitting radio wave, information generated in a distribution stage in the wireless tag up to the use of the expendable item. <P>SOLUTION: A second wireless tag 18 storing identification information of the expendable item 10 is provided on an individual packaging box 16 on the outside of a packaging bag 14 hardly transmitting radio wave. Information generated in a storehouse 1 in the distribution stage is made to correspond to identification information of the expendable item read from the second wireless tag 18 of the individual packaging box 16 by a reader device 20 and registered in an expendable information server 45. When the expendable item 10 is delivered to a customer office 2 and installed to a device body 30, a control part 32 of the device body 30 transmits the identification information of the expendable item 10 to the expendable information server 45 to download registration information corresponding to the expendable item 10, and writes this information in a first wireless tag 12 installed to the expendable item 10 by a reader/writer 34 in the device body 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
