<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a spouting cap which has no fear of scattering a content when a bung of a container with a reduction in pressure is pulled out. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting cap is equipped with a cap body 1, a sealing wall 2 integrally molded on the inside of a spouting cylindrical part 1a of the cap body and forming a spouting opening by tearing along a single channel 3 to be broken, a pull ring 4 connected to this sealing wall through a supporting rod 5 and managing to tear the sealing wall, and a lid body 6 fitting the cap body and closing the spouting opening. The channel to be broken is composed of a tearing starting end part turning round at a connection base end of the supporting rod and forming a relatively small curvature, a channel body connected to the tearing starting end part and extending in parallel with the inner wall of the spouting cylindrical part, and a terminal end part connected to this channel body, and coming into contact with the behind of the tearing starting end part to complete the tearing of the sealing wall.
