The applicator has a brush (5) fixed on a distal portion (4a) of a stem (4) and including a core carrying bristles. The core extends along a curved longitudinal axis (Y) completely contained in a plane and includes different concave curvatures towards opposite sides. The axis traverses a rectilinear longitudinal axis (X) of the stem. The core is not turned back towards the distal portion of the stem when the core is moved along the curved longitudinal axis in a direction of a free end of the core. The curvatures have crowns (S1, S2) placed on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the stem. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a conditioning and application device, comprising a spinning member (2) a cosmetic treatment method for eyelashes or eyebrows. |
