<p>An automotive air spoiler (5) is raised and lowered by a drive shaft (19) one end of which has a deflection lever (11). The shaft has a cam (27) which raises the spoiler by a small amount. During operation of the spoiler by the cam the link is interrupted between the shaft and the deflection lever. On resumed rotation, the link is restored and the spoiler shifts to its operational presentation, when the cam reaches or exceeds its peak point.</p> |
