<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expression vector containing a multi-cloning site optimized for enabling cloning an objective protein gene in a good efficiency by a gene recombination technology, used for introducing an expression vector obtained by inserting the objective protein gene into the expression vector, in animal cells, and establishing the cells showing a high productivity of the recombinant protein, in a good efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This expression vector is provided by having the multi-cloning site including a restriction enzyme-recognizing sequence having a low frequency of occurrence in the objective protein gene, especially in an antibody gene, a medicine selection marker gene expression cassette having an mRNA-destabilizing sequence and at least one gene expression-stabilizing sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
