<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably confirm the validity of an operation request. <P>SOLUTION: A first workflow device 100 sends an operation request to an operation request object. A context storage part 21 stores the context which registers activity information that indicates the context every time a certain activity regarding the operation request is carried out. A communication part 17 sends the operation request stored in the operation request storage part 20 and a context stored in the context storage part 21 to a second workflow device 200.
