<p>Device comprises: an electrical device comprising two electrodes and a substrate comprising at least a part made of a semiconductor material, where the electrodes are in electrical contact with the semiconductor material; and a device for measuring the variation of conduction current between two electrodes, where at least one ligand comprising at least one calix[n]arene group and at least one grafting group is linked by grafting in semiconductor material of the electric device substrate or in one of the electrodes of the electrical device. An independent claim is included for a process for detecting and/or quantifying of cesium ions dissolved in liquid medium comprising: contacting the liquid medium with the electrical device for detecting and/or quantifying and measuring the variation of conduction current between two electrodes of the device with the device for measuring the variation of conduction current of the detection device.</p> |
