FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery for preparation of fodder and is intended for stem fodder separation into fractions. The stem fodder classifier contains a housing equipped with guide-mounted rollers, a set of screens of trapezoid cross section in the lower bases thereof rectangular holes are arranged, trapezoid shaped trays installed at a slant, chute boards installed at a slant, vessels for collection of fractioned stem fodder, a drawbar rigidly connected to the housing and positioned on the drive side, an electric motor. The classifier is additionally equipped with a spring positioned on the side opposed that of the drive with its one end connected to the housing and the other end attached to a stationary support and a motor control system whose output is connected to a 3-phase AC network. The electric motor performs linear forward movement and is represented by a 3-phase linear asynchronous motor. The secondary element of the 3-phase linear asynchronous motor is the drawbar rigidly connected to the housing and positioned on the drive side. The 3-phase linear asynchronous motor winding is connected to the output of the motor control system. ^ EFFECT: usage of the invention enables reduction of stem fodder classifiers overall dimensions and costs combined with improved reliability of their operation. ^ 1 dwg |
