PURPOSE: A vertical food slicer is provided, which can cut food more safely and efficiently through a series of consecutive operation. CONSTITUTION: A vertical food slicer comprises: a table(10) which is installed horizontally on the top of a frame and in which an input hole for throwing in food is equipped; a food input member(20) for perpendicularly pressing the food to the input hole; a food cut support part which safely supports the front of the food using a rotational plate; a conveyor(40) which is arranged at the lower part of the input hole and is rotationally equipped in the transmitting direction.
