PURPOSE: An attachment structure of a header tank is provided to secure an external attachment lengthwise on a heat exchanger and prevent the leakage of heat exchange media draw in and out through heat exchange medium inlet and outlet pipes. CONSTITUTION: An attachment structure of a header tank comprises a header tank(100), a first clad seat(310), and an external attachment(200). The header tank has an internal flow path(111) for heat exchange media and tube insertion holes(112,122) on the periphery of one side in which a plurality of tubes(400) are inserted. The first clad seat is placed on the periphery of the other side of the header tank. The external attachment is placed on the first clad seat to be integrally brazed in the header tank. Sheet insertion and attachment grooves(311) are formed on both ends of the first clad seat located in the longitudinal direction of a heat exchanger. Attachment insertion parts(201) having a height corresponding to the depth of the sheet insertion and attachment grooves are formed on both ends of the external attachment located in the width direction of the heat exchanger.
