PURPOSE: A dietary supplement including silkworm body extract and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enable a user to effectively handle physical fatigue by consuming the dietary supplement and to improve endurance of the user. CONSTITUTION: A dietary supplement for improving endurance includes silkworm body extract. A method for manufacturing the silkworm body extract comprises the following steps: thermally treating silkworm body fluid; obtaining a supernatant through centrifugal filtration of the thermally treated silkworm body fluid; obtaining the silkworm body extract by filtering the supernatant. The silkworm body extract includes 30K proteins or does not include the 30K proteins.
