NON HALOGEN-BASED HEAT-RESISTANT ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE ABSORBER WITH EXCELLENT REFLECTION LOSS PROPERTY, AND A METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A heat-resistant electromagnetic wave absorber and a manufacturing method thereof using a non halogen-based material are provided to ensure high reflection loss property in a frequency band lower than 1 GHz and environment-friendly manufacture by excluding halogen components. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat-resistant electromagnetic wave absorber comprises steps of: mixing polyolefin synthetic rubber, sandust powder, an antioxidant, a surface modifier, and a hardening agent together(S10), kneading the mixture at 90~120°C using a dispersing pressure kneader(S20), molding the mixture through a calendar into a preform sheet(S30), and compressing and hardening the preform in a rubber hardening mold of a heating press(S40).
