PURPOSE: A roof unit of a vehicle is provided to prevent the seam from becoming generated through a connecting member and a plurality of roof rails arranged along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body on and under a roof panel and capable of increasing the robustness of the roof panel. CONSTITUTION: A roof unit(1) of a vehicle comprises a roof panel(10), a roof rail(20), and a connecting member. A plurality of roof rails are provided along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body under the roof panel. A bending flange(40) for absorbing the shock from the roof panel is formed on at least one side of the roof rail. The bending flange is formed on both ends of the cut part(23) formed on the roof rail and is provided on a plurality of positions. The connecting member connects the roof panel and the bending flange.
