FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to device intended for winding bands onto mandrel, cutting and fluting and can be used for production of spiral inserts of centrifuges, band heat exchangers, cylindrical inserts of electric cleaners. Proposed device comprises frame, device to guide and tension band, mandrel, drive and knife. Proposed device comprises also carriage pivoted to the frame to accommodate two pairs of rolls. One of said rolls comprises disk knives. Second pair of rolls consists of a set of washers. Work surfaces of the first set have recesses while those of the second set have ledges mating recesses of the first set. Turming handless are eccentnically accommodated at one roll of each par of rolls.
