PURPOSE: A rotatable information input unit is provided to prepare a cogging unit, which can be replaced with a cogging plate, at a base. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit is prepared in a circuit board(110), and a wheel(130) is arranged at the circuit board and allows the rotation thereof. A ring shaped magnet(140) rotates with the wheel by being coupled with the wheel. A base(160) supports the circuit board, and plural cogging units(164) is prepared at the base to allocate the cogging torque to the wheel through the interworking with the magnet. |
