PURPOSE: A location estimation system using a vibration sensor and a method thereof are provided to improve the accuracy in the location estimation of a tracking target object by compensating a movement speed for the tracking target object. CONSTITUTION: A tracking target terminal(10) outputs location information by measuring the strength of a reception signal based on a signal received from each transmitter and receiver, and The transmitter and receiver output a strength measurement signal to a tracking target terminal at a preset period. An RTLS server(30) estimates the location of the tracking target object by calculating the reception signal strength in distance information, and then estimates the optimal location of the target object by compensating the movement speed obtained in the estimated location.
