PURPOSE: A tape attaching method is provided to rapidly and accurately attach a tape to the surface of a washer by using an automated part. CONSTITUTION: A one side of a piece(1) is to attached to a first tape(2a). The piece which is attached to the first tape is transferred. The other side face of the piece attached to the first tape is attached to a second tape(2b). The first tape and the second tape, which are located in the central part and the outer part of the piece, are cut. The piece to which the first tape and the second tape are attached is discharged. The first tape and the second tape are transferred. The piece is aligned based on the punched hole in the central part of the piece when the outer side part of the piece, which is attached to the first tape and the second tape, is cut.
