PURPOSE: A non-excavate type tunnel excavation method and a tunnel construction structure used for the same are provided to collect the components of a structure when excavating. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavate type tunnel excavation method is as follows. An upper large diameter steel pipe is formed in the fixed height of a tunnel at a regular interval in an upper large caliber steel pipe propulsion level(S10). The upper large diameter steel pipe is pushed in a horizontal direction in a middle caliber horizontal steel pipe propulsion level(S20). A relaxed around ground is reinforced by grouting in a grouting step(S30). A lower base larger diameter steel pipe is formed on the same location where the upper large diameter steel pipe is located in a bottom foundation large caliber steel pipe propulsion level(S40).
