FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to grain crushers designed to add to grain nutrient qualities and can be used in agriculture for production of mixed fodder. Proposed minicrusher comprises frame, shell, shell drive, crushing roller and pre-crushing roller mounted inside the crusher with the clearance between said rollers and shell surface. Note here that clearance between shell and pre-crushing roller makes double clearance between shell and crushing roller outer surface. Rollers are fitted on shaft extensions to revolve thereon. Opposite shaft extensions are rigidly fixed on the platform with its one end pivoted to the frame and its other end resting upon spring fitted on the pin pivoted to the frame to pass through platform hole. Spring stiffness can be varied by adjusting nut to be revolved on pin thread. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality. ^ 3 dwg |
