PURPOSE: A ventilation device and a ventilation fan using an air curtain are provided to effectively inhale air at a long distance by installing the ventilation device inside of a duct. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device using an air curtain comprises an inner duct(110), an outer duct(120), a hub(210), a suction rotary wing(220), a rotary wing connection unit(230), and a discharge rotary wing(240). The hub is coupled to a rotary shaft(320) and is arranged inside the inner duct. The inner end of the suction rotary wing is connected to the outer surface of the hub. The inner end of the rotary wing connection unit is connected to the outer end of the suction rotary wing. The discharge rotary wing ventilates air in an opposite direction of the suction rotary wing.
