PURPOSE: A device for cooling a rolling line is provided to easily control the temperature of a rolling material by uniformly cooling the rolling material and to eliminate defective rolling materials. CONSTITUTION: A device for cooling a rolling line is composed of a cooling unit and a tilting unit(30). The cooling unit sprays supplied cooling water and has an upper cooling unit(10) and a lower cooling unit. The upper cooling unit is formed on the top of a rolling line and cools the top surface of a rolling material. The lower cooling unit is formed in the bottom of the rolling line and cools the bottom surface of the rolling material. The tilting unit is connected to the cooling unit and tilts the cooling unit.
