PURPOSE: A PUU(Poly Urea Urethane) lining method of deteriorated pipes and an apparatus thereof are provided to precisely control application through an overlap-spraying method by rotating a nozzle of a spray apparatus and selectively transferring the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A deteriorated pipe lining apparatus comprises a spray apparatus, two cameras(130), and a controller(300). The spray apparatus applies lining material on the inner wall of a pipe by spraying lining materials through a nozzle(120). The lining material is manufactured by mixing main agent and hardener. The two cameras photograph the inner wall of the pipe. The controller is connected to the spray apparatus through an integrated cable(210).
