摘要 PURPOSE: An ion composite nanoparticle for measuring heparanase and a method for preparing the same are provided to apply in screening novel drugs. CONSTITUTION: An ion composite nanoparticle for measuring heparanase contains anionic subtrate polymer and cationic biocompatible polymer by ion bond. Each polymer is bound to fluorescent substrate or quencher. The ion composite nanoparticle is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, A is fluorescent substance; B is anionic substrate polymer specifically decomposed by heparanase; C is quencher; and D is nanoparticles. The fluorescence substrate is fluorescein, BODIPY, tetramethylrhodamine, Alexa, cyanine, allopicocyanine fluorescence substrate or derivative thereof. The quencher is black hole quencher, blackberry quencher or derivative thereof.
