COMPOSITION OF WATER BASED PRIMER FOR VULCANIZING SHOES

PURPOSE: A water-based primer composition for vulcanizing shoes is provided to improve the adhesive force between a leather material and half-finished rubber or an inside tape, and to improve the safety of the shoes. CONSTITUTION: A water-based primer composition for vulcanizing shoes contains 70~90 parts of polychloroprene latex by weight, 10~30 parts of polyurethane compound by weight, 5~30 parts of emulsion type tackifier by weight, and 2~4 parts of inorganic particles by weight. The polychloroprene latex includes a solid portion of 45~60wt%.
