PURPOSE: A collection vessel for fried food dregs is provided to improve the service life of the vessel by reducing carbonizing speed of oil and to prevent oil temperature from becoming declined. CONSTITUTION: A collection vessel(100) for fried food dregs comprises a vessel body(10) and an upper cover(20). The vessel body comprises a through hole(11) and multiple legs(12). The through hole is formed at the center of the vessel body in a donut shape. The legs support the vessel body. The top of the vessel body is opened. The upper cover comprises collection holes(21) and circulation holes(22). The collection and circulation holes collect fired food dregs. The upper cover is coupled to the top of the vessel body. |
