FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal plastic working, namely to equipment for rolling of external threads. Mill comprises table installed on bed plate with mechanism of items loading and unloading, entrance chute and mechanism of stock feeding, stand of thread-rolling rolls with mechanisms of rolls adjustment, control stay nuts and output guide wiring, gear stand with electric drive and pusher. Gear stand is connected by output shafts to couplings of angular adjustment and with spindles of thread-rolling rolls. Pusher is arranged in the form of gear rack, kinematically connected to gear wheel of electric drive for its displacement. Gear rack is installed with the possibility of reciprocal longitudinal motion along axis of mill and interaction of end with end of rolled screw. Gear rack is installed on axis of thread-rolling rolls stand. ^ EFFECT: simplified process of stand re-adjustment, minimised time expenditures for its performance in process of screws rolling with wide range of thread lengths. ^ 5 dwg
