METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANEL WITH STIFFENING RIBS OF POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIALS

FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for manufacturing of panel with stiffening ribs from polymer composite materials. Method includes manufacturing of ribs and lining preforms, arrangement and fixation of ribs preforms on lining preform, installation of guides for rib elements and moulding with the help of sealing films. Rib preforms are made in the form of channel bars on driftpin. At the same time rib preforms on driftpins are laid onto lining preform so that walls of rib preforms are matched with lining preform, and rib preforms are matched with each other by their shelves. Then assembly is pre-heated, and after physical connections are formed between assembly elements, it is cooled, and driftpin is removed. Sealing film is laid on assembly, guide angles are laid on top of film to panel ribs so that they are in direct contact with rib preforms, afterwards, forming is carried out. ^ EFFECT: improved strength characteristics and improved quality of manufactured panel with stiffening ribs. ^ 4 dwg
