PURPOSE: A data communication device and a method thereof are provided to remote a common line for selecting data receiving devices, thereby performing more effective data communication. CONSTITUTION: The first device(100) outputs or inputs a data signal. N second devices(200_1~200_N) have memories(210) divided into N areas for data communication with the first device respectively. Each of the N areas corresponds to each of N second devices. Each second device has data communication with a master device through a memory area corresponding to an internal memory.
