PURPOSE: An aerosol charge device is provided to improve charge efficiency of aerosol particles by uniformly distributing ions in a chamber. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(10) has a circular or quadrangular tube shape. An inlet(11) and an outlet are formed on both sides of the chamber. An ion generator(20) is arranged in the chamber. An ion generator is comprised of a carbon fiber fabric(21) and an insulation frame(22). The insulation frame fixes the carbon fiber fabric. A voltage applying device(30) applies high voltage to the ion generator.
