The invention relates to a portable voice recognition device adaptable to the existing systems of domestic appliances and/or smart-house systems where respective operations can be executed via commands of any voice, of any user and be connected to a stable or cellular telephony network. For the better information of the user a terminal also exists displaying additional data according to the user’s precise commands. Furthermore, the user is in position to monitor said system via telephone (voice commands via stable and/or cellular telephony ) in more than one language, simultaneously.
