FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the field of metal plastic working and may be used to make honeycomb elements. Using device, the first profile structure is arranged in foil sheet with the help of the first tool, the secondary profile structure is arranged with the help of the second tool in the form of pair of profiling rolls, spatial position of primary profile structure and secondary profile structure is identified on at least one separate section of foil sheet, unavailability of incorrect position of primary profile structure and secondary profile structure relative to each other is detected, and working parametre of at least one profiling roll is corrected. Produced profile metal foil is used to manufacture honeycomb heat exchanger. ^ EFFECT: quality improves as a result of working parametre correction in at least one profiling roll. ^ 14 cl, 7 dwg |
