<p>The sensor has a reading transistor (TL) whose gate is connected to a storage node. A column conductor is connected to a low reference potential by a primary switch (K) and sampling capacitors (Cl, C2) by secondary switches (K1, K2). A reading sequencer produces sampling signals i.e. temporal pulses (SHR, SHS), and an initialization pulse (INIT) at the beginning of duration of the sampling signals. A pixel selection signal i.e. selection pulse (SEL), is produced after end of the initialization pulse, where the signal continues until end of the sampling signals. An independent claim is also included for a method for reading signals of an image sensor.</p> |
