The assembly has a housing (9) with an inner edge equipped with a skirt (13) extending in a direction of external edge. Counter partition (17) has an inner wall (19) and a fixation end (20) inserted in the housing. The end is equipped with a mouth piece (21) extending from the wall. The mouth piece is placed under the skirt and retained by the skirt to avoid toggle of the partition during formation of flagstone. The housing and end are arranged such that the end is inserted in an inclined manner to engage the mouthpiece under the skirt when the partition is toggled into vertical position.
