PURPOSE: A red pepper milling machine is provided to easily input red peppers into a hoper by installing a hopper adjacently to the surface. CONSTITUTION: A red pepper milling machine(100) includes a hopper(110), a red pepper lifting unit(130), a separating unit(150), and a red pepper cleaning unit. The hopper is opened upward to input red peppers. The red pepper lifting unit lifts the red pepper outputted form one side of the hopper. The separating unit separates seeds from the red peppers. The red pepper cleaning unit cleans the inputted red pepper.
