PURPOSE: A mobile terminal with mobile platform comprising platform activator and a method for operating thereof are provided to perform module manager managing each module in a mobile platform which has a modulized platform by each function, thereby including a platform activator which drives a mobile platform. CONSTITUTION: A mobile platform is loaded to a mobile communication terminal. A memory controls each module comprising the mobile platform. The memory stores a module manager having structure of a terminal binary and intrinsic other platform binary. A platform activator(345) uses a HAL(Hardware Adaptation Layer) interface(347) which is necessary for loading the module manager.
