PURPOSE: An antibody for specifically detecting listeria is provided to apply to various biosensors and to quickly detect the presence of pathogenic microorganism. CONSTITUTION: An antibody for specifically detecting listeria is a prediction 1 peptide(17 mer ; KKYLETNGIKPKQFHK-C) antibody of Listeria prfA. A method for manufacturing the antibody comprises: a step of selecting peptide of a site of high specific antigenicity for domain search to peptide sequence of Listeria prfA protein; a step of searching hydrophobicity and antigenicity of the selected peptide region; a step of immunizing by binding a carrier protein; a step of binding KLH(Keyhole Limpet Haemocyanin) as a carrier; a preparing emulsion; and a step of immunizing the carrier-peptide to a rabbit to obtain the antibody from immunized rabbit.
