PURPOSE: An antibacterial adhesive and a use thereof are provided to remarkably extent the expiration dates of foods, and to prevent the mixture of the foods with an antibacterial component. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial adhesive is a mixture of a micro capsule containing more than one antibacterial component, and a urethane based adhesive. The antibacterial component is selected from the group consisting of allyl isothiocyanate, garlic oil, and rosemary oil. A packing material comprises a layer containing the antibacterial adhesive. |
