PURPOSE: A heating device is provided to enable efficient heat transmission and reduce power consumption as a first ceramic plate adjusts temperature in a small range and a second ceramic plate adjusts the temperature in a big range. CONSTITUTION: A heating device comprises a ceramic heater and a housing(140). The ceramic heater comprises multiple plate-shaped ceramic heaters(122,124). The plate-shaped ceramic heaters are placed in parallel. The ceramic heater is installed in the housing. The housing has a water inlet(142) and a water outlet(144).
