PURPOSE: A device for coupling parts and a connector assembly with the same are provided to form an insertion hole into which a separating tool is inserted, thereby transferring force applied to the separating tool to an accurate location of a hanging hook. CONSTITUTION: A hanging jaw(26) is protruded from the outside of a connector housing(21). A hanging hook(32) is formed in one side of a holder body(31). The hanging hook is hung on the hanging jaw. A separating tool is formed in a tool inserting hole(29).
