PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus for a waste rubber or waste thermoplastic powder material is provided to easily transport the apparatus without degrading the matter property of products. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a waste rubber or waste thermoplastic powder material comprises a cutter(10), a press-bonding device(20), a compress-crusher, a transporting cooler(40), and a separator(50). The cutter cuts a waste rubber or waste thermoplastic material into a constant size. A press-bonding device compresses the cut material to transform. The transporting cooler cools the material while transporting to the compress-crusher.
