PURPOSE: A stand type device for inspecting truth or falsehood is provided to automatically be changed into an inspection mode when a target is detected through a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A lamp unit(10) is arranged on an inspecting device and radiates light according to one of a stand mode and an inspection mode. A light emitting unit connects a support(50) supporting the inspecting device and a connecting unit. The light emitting unit is accommodated in the lamp unit and radiates sensed light. A detecting sensor(20) radiates light according to the stand mode and the inspecting mode.
