<p>The process of making a reflector, comprises cutting a crude block (10) of carbon-carbon composite material according to the dimensions of the reflector, milling a top of the crude block for fixing a back side (14) of the reflector, milling an underside of the crude block for fixing a side before the reflector and to obtain a matrix, and combining the milled matrix with a mechanically and thermally structuring compound. A cradle (22) of profile is prepared and combined with back side of the block to receive one face milled matrix. The matrix is combined with the structuring compound by subjecting a penetration of silicon carbide to the matrix. A housing (18) is fixed for receiving inserts in the back side of the block.
