MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE COMPRISING REACTION CHAMBER AND ANALYSIS CHAMBER

PURPOSE: A microfluid apparatus having microfluide channel unit with a reaction chamber and analysis chamber is provided to enhance reactivity with a material. CONSTITUTION: A microfluid apparatus has a microfluid channel unit comprising: a reaction chamber with microbead in which biomolecule which reacts with analysis subject; and an analysis chamber with a hydrogel microarray. The reaction chamber further comprises a filter which is able to block loss of microbead. The microfluid apparatus further comprises: a fluid inlet port for supplying fluid to the reaction chamber; and a fluid outlet port for discharging fluid to the outside. The hydrogel contains aqueous polymer and material which induces fluorescence emission or coloring by reacting with reaction product between the analysis subject and biomolecule.
