The device has a single self-lockable fixing element (124) e.g. screw or nut, extended coaxially inside two coaxial annular parts such as bearing support (110) and inter-turbine casing hub (114). The element has an outer threading (126) screwed in the hub, and locking units (130) movable between locking and unlocking positions. The locking units cooperate with the support to immobilize rotation of the element around an axis of the element, when the locking units are in the locking position. The element is screwed or unscrewed in the unlocking position. An independent claim is also included for a turbine engine including two coaxial unducted external fans.
