PURPOSE: A method for removing a volatile organic compound(VOC) from constructional materials including EM and zeolite is provided to improve the durability of the constructional materials by improving the strength of concrete or a mortar composition. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composition includes EM. The EM is a liquid or powder. The concrete composition more includes water, cement, fine aggregates, and thick aggregates. The EM is included in a ratio of 1.33 weight% based on the cement. A mortar composition includes the water, the cement, and the fine aggregates. The EM is included on the cement composition in a ratio of 0.4-0.5 weight%.
