PURPOSE: A circuit protection device is provided to protect a circuit from a peak voltage by forming a circuit protection pattern including one conductive layer and a dielectric layer between internal electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A circuit protection device includes a sheet, internal electrodes(211,221), and a dielectric layer(232). At least two internal electrodes or more are formed on the sheet and are separated with each other. A dielectric layer is prepared between the internal electrodes. The internal electrodes are separated on the same plane.
