The device (D2) has input terminals (BE) and output terminals (BS) installed on a power supply network (RB) in parallel to a regulated voltage supply device (D1). Switching units are coupled to the terminals, where the device is arranged for deducting a part of current flowing in the network in upstream of the input terminal for delivering a part of the deducted current so as to supply regulated current to an electric element (C1) in case of voltage regulation determined by the regulated voltage supply device. An independent claim is also included for a regulated current and regulated voltage supplying system comprising electronic components.
